The PM Sensei Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The PM Sensei is an online education and challenge-based learning platform designed to support preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam and to strengthen project management judgment and mastery.

The platform includes, but is not limited to:

• The Master Scroll (Training Grounds): A comprehensive learning hub featuring structured literature, quizzes, and study tools
• Challenges: Flash Mastery Challenge and Sudden Death Challenge
• Practice Tests: Practice Test 1, Practice Test 2, Practice Test 3, 49 Processes Practice Questions, Domains Practice Questions, and Calculations Practice Questions
• Table of Contents (Literature Access): Includes a Mini Challenge Test available to visitors and seven additional in-depth PMP study sections available to members

Access to most content on The Master Scroll requires an active membership.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or access The PM Sensei.

Individuals under the age of 18 may only use the platform with express permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

By using this site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained parental or guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, and all posted policies and guidelines

3. Account Registration

To access member-only content or participate in challenges, you must create an account.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at info@thepmsensei.com of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the integrity of the platform.

4. Membership Plans and Payment Terms

Membership Options

Memberships grant access to all premium resources on The Master Scroll, including challenges, practice tests, and literature sections.

5. Content Access and Intellectual Property

All content available on The PM Sensei, including videos, articles, quizzes, study guides, diagrams, graphics, and written materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of The PM Sensei and thepmsensei.com.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written consent
• Record, share, resell, or publicly display any course or Master Scroll content
• Use The PM Sensei materials for commercial, academic, instructional, or derivative purposes

Any unauthorized use of content may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Challenges and Practice Tests

Active members may access challenge-based and practice test content, including:

• Flash Mastery Challenge
• Sudden Death Challenge
• Practice Test 1, Practice Test 2, Practice Test 3
• 49 Processes Practice Questions
• Domains Practice Questions
• Calculations Practice Questions

The Mini Challenge Test is available to non-members as sample content.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use The PM Sensei responsibly and in a manner that does not harm the platform or its community.

You may not:

• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass access controls or membership restrictions
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, moderators, or staff
• Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or interact with site data

Violations may result in suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action.

8. Privacy

Your use of The PM Sensei is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

9. Disclaimers

All content and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding certification outcomes, exam results, employment opportunities, or professional advancement.

The PM Sensei is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI®).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The PM Sensei and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or platform downtime
• Your use of the platform is at your own risk

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:

• You violate these Terms or any related policies
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior
• You misuse or distribute our intellectual property

Upon termination, access to all member-only content will end immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technological changes.

Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
