These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website thepmsensei.com, including all content, memberships, courses, and challenges hosted through our platform. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use or access our website or services.

1. Overview

The PM Sensei is an online learning and challenge platform designed to help individuals prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam and strengthen their project management mastery.
Our site includes:

• The Master Scroll (Training Grounds) — A comprehensive knowledge hub featuring literature, quizzes, and study tools.

• Monthly Challenges — Monthly Challenge Test, Flash Mastery Challenge, and Sudden Death Challenge.

• Practice Tests — Practice Test 1, Practice Test 2, Practice Test 3, 49 Processes – Practice Questions, Domains – Practice Questions, and Calculations – Practice Questions.

• Table of Contents (Literature Access) — Includes the Mini Challenge Test (open to visitors) and seven additional sections of in-depth PMP study content.

Most content on The Master Scroll is accessible only to active members.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register for or access The PM Sensei.
Persons under the age of 18 must have express permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or accessing any content.

By using this site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian.

• You are legally able to enter into this agreement.

• You will comply with all terms, policies, and community guidelines provided.

3. Account Registration

To access member-exclusive content or participate in challenges, you must create an account.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.

• Notify us immediately at support@thepmsensei.com of any unauthorized access or breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Membership Plans and Payment Terms

We offer three levels of membership access:

Memberships provide access to all premium resources on The Master Scroll, including challenges, practice tests, and literature sections.

a. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
By purchasing a membership, you authorize The PM Sensei to charge your payment method for the applicable fee.

All payments are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are only granted for duplicate transactions or verified technical errors.

b. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

All memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
You may cancel your membership anytime from your account settings or by contacting billing@thepmsensei.com.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access for the remainder of the current paid period.

5. Content Access and Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to videos, articles, quizzes, study guides, diagrams, and graphics, are the exclusive property of The PM Sensei and thepmsensei.com.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

• Share, record, or resell any course or Master Scroll content.

• Use The PM Sensei materials for commercial, academic, or derivative purposes.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Monthly Challenges and Practice Tests

Members gain access to a variety of challenge-based and practice test experiences, including:

• Monthly Challenges: Monthly Challenge Test, Flash Mastery Challenge, Sudden Death Challenge.

• Practice Tests: Practice Test 1, Practice Test 2, Practice Test 3, 49 Processes Practice, Domains Practice, and Calculations Practice.

• Mini Challenge Test: Open to non-members and visitors for sample access.

Challenge windows, scoring, and leaderboard systems are governed by internal fairness and integrity standards.
Cheating, automation, or multiple account creation to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use The PM Sensei responsibly and respectfully.
Specifically, you must not:

• Upload or share malicious software or content.

• Attempt to bypass membership restrictions or exploit system vulnerabilities.

• Harass or misuse other members, moderators, or staff.

• Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or interact with site data.

Violation of these expectations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

9. Disclaimers

• All information, study materials, and challenge features are provided “as is.”

• We make no guarantees of certification success, exam outcomes, or employment results.

• The PM Sensei is not formally affiliated with or endorsed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®).

Our resources are designed as independent learning tools to supplement your preparation journey.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The PM Sensei and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

• We are not responsible for data loss, access interruptions, or service downtime.

• Your use of the site and its content is solely at your own discretion and risk.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or related policies.

• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices.

• You misuse or distribute our intellectual property.

Upon termination, your access to all member-exclusive content will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
